Create Space In Your Life For Health & Happiness

Overwhelmed by your to-do lists and no time for even 10 minutes of yoga or a quick walk? This is how to create space in chaos.

Often, we feel a physical clutter when our schedule & head is full. It feels like our heart & soul cannot fully shine when you’re to-do list is endless.

TO MAKE THE SPACE IN YOUR HEART, THERE NEEDS TO BE SPACE IN YOUR SCHEDULE

Now here’s a redical thought: only focus on 4 little aims in one day. Nothing more.

For example, today, my mission was to write this post, plant my avocado pit, reduce my inbox to 4 e-mails & bake a bread.

I know what you’re thinking now: “But there is more to do than 4 things. I have about a million.”

I know. We all have about a million.

BUT WOULD THE WORLD REALLY COLLAPSE IF YOU WOULD NOT DO ALL OF THEM TODAY?

Or: are you really getting happier by squeezing those one million things in one day?

Why not try to reduce the endless to-do-list by focusing on what you FEEL is important right now, so that you can do those 4 things with FULL DEDICATION? And, added bonus, if something more important comes up, there is still SPACE to do this without freaking out.

Try it & see if it works for you!

I’ve made a little 4thingsaday-pdf for you to get you started.

DOWNLOAD IT, WRITE IN YOUR PDF OR PRINT IT. You can choose your intention of the day to give you even more focus & joy in what you’re about to do.

NOW THERE IS SPACE FOR SOME SERIOUS SELF CARE! :)

Try to find both personal & professional aims, as life is more than work.

So: take a piece of paper & write down 5 things you LOVE that balance you instantly, like drinking that cup of tea in the sun or taking a hot bath. Or maybe it’s a yoga class. Write them down & make them one of your aims every single day.

Enjoy the SPACE! :))
