the mentorship for your unique yoga teaching path
If you know in your bones you are here to share your unique medicine as a yoga teacher (but might not know how & to whom)
If your studentship is just as important to you as teaching (but feel lost sometimes in how to deepen your practice)
If you’re committed to honouring the roots of the practice while working with modern day challenges (but might not know how)
I’d be honoured to support you on your path
I’m here to guide you with:
Finding your unique voice & medicine as a teacher
Creating balancing, safe and creative sequences
Letting your self practice become an endless stream of inspiration for your classes
Showing you how your insecurities or doubts can help deepen your love & connection to the practice of yoga
Creating a teaching schedule that serves both you and your students

‘When I first started practicing yoga, I felt overwhelmed by the “yoga world.” Then I found Eliza’s classes in 2018, and I learned that Eliza’s response is clear: look at what nature is doing. Her breath-led, accessible Ayurvedic yoga classes profoundly changed how I practice (and now teach thanks to her guidance!) She’s a teacher with many years of wisdom under her belt, yet is still always humbly learning more. She is a community builder and kind friend. I’m looking forward to taking her classes and trainings for many many more years.’

FAQs
can i join as a brand new teacher?
Yes! I have found these mentorships to be very supportive when coming just out of teacher training when the support of the lead teachers is suddenly gone. I can help you set up your classes & start teaching!
do I need to be a yoga teacher of a certain style?
No. I have experience in teaching Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Kids Yoga and have a background in Ayurveda. I also have been running a studio for over 10 years and have supported teachers with different styles, so you can join the mentorship regardless of the style you teach.
I’ve been teaching for a while and i’m ready for the next step. is this for me?
Absolutely! I have always reached out to my own mentors in times when I either felt stuck with no clear vision of where to go next, or with a sense of readiness for my next evolution as a yoga teacher. Together we’ll take you deeper into your practice & teaching.
can I join & stop this mentorship anytime?
Yes. After you join the mentorship, you’ll be able to schedule your first call straight away. You’ll receive an automatic reminder of the renewal of your mentorship and you can decide to cancel anytime. However, I have found that at least 3-6 months are helpful to integrate what we discussed, review your sequences and transform your teaching. If you join a whole year, it will give you ease and tranquility in your teaching journey. The longer you join, the deeper you can go.
alex law about the 200 hr teacher training i teach with Lucy mccarthy
‘As someone that has only been practicing Yoga for just under 3 years, my biggest fear was that I was not established enough in my own practice to become a credible yoga teacher, but from the combined knowledge and wisdom shared by Eliza and Lucy I have overcome this fear and been given the best foundation to continue growing as a yoga teacher.’
