ONLINE private
yoga classes

Yoga was traditionally taught in a 1-to-1 setting.

And no wonder: in a private class, we can fine tune the practice for what you need in this very moment in your life, respecting the needs of your body, heart & mind.

These classes are for you if you recognise yourself in any of the following:

  • you would love to start or deepen your home practice

  • you are pregnant or have recently given birth

  • you are working through an injury

  • you don’t feel group classes work for you at this moment

  • you have a baby or small kids at home and need a practice that works around them or even includes them

Types of classes I offer:

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Chair Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Meditation

  • A combination of these

When you book a class, I’ll first send you a short questionnaire with some simple information which will help me design your private classes.

Of course you only share what you feel comfortable with.

I base my classes on my yogic studies, my experience of teaching for the past 15 years and the wisdom of Ayurveda.

‘From the first yoga class that I attended, I immediately found Eliza's positive energy contagious. Her experience and care in planning the flow for each class is evident, her voice and gentle touch are relaxing, and her friendly smile is always appreciated. Eliza so kindly started a special class for pregnant yogis, and attending it is one of my weekly highlights and has helped me to remain strong and peaceful during my pregnancy. Thank you!’ Kersten harries

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

I’m Eliza. A Dutch yoga teacher living in Italy wih her family of 2 boys and Italian husband.

I’ve been sharing yoga for the past 15 years and have studied various styles and with many amazing teachers like Shiva Rea and Indu Arora.

I still run my little studio in Madrid - where I used to live for 11 years - and teach 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training there each year.

My approach to yoga is that it should be welcoming to all and should welcome us as we are. There’s no striving in my classes, only remembering who you already are!
