This class is part of my Beginners Course including 6 short practice videos between 7 and 20 minutes of length. The course will be available from August.
One of the most commonly practiced sequences: Surya Namaskar, or the greeting to the sun.
You’re ready for a full practice now! Make sure to first practice videos 1, 2 and 3.
Use this as a stand alone practice or to close your practice with.
This is the most important part of the practice: integrating all you’ve done. Practice this after each class.
